2 Castleplace Sandycove Dalkey

Client: Private residence

Builder: Halton Construction

Complete refurbishment of 2 houses on this site in Dalkey, a 7000 home & 5000 square foot guest house with 15M2 of solar installation & trench underfloor heating with heat recovery incorporate; internet monitored control systems

17 Vernon Avenue Clontarf

Client: Private residence
Consultant Engineers: Andrew Stewart, Architect
Builder: Higgins Construction

Complete refurbishment of this dwelling in Clontarf finished to a very high specification; Air to water heat pump was used as a primary heat source backed up with 2 gas boilers; underfloor heating throughout each of the 3 floors.

Completed Projects

Retail:

Relish Café, Southgate, Drogheda

This project involved both mechanical installation of the restaurant and the kitchens.

Industrial

Sam Dennigans Warehouse, Ashbourne

CSC engineering were contracted to build an underfloor heating system for 6,300M2 floor area.

Hotels

Martello Hotel, Bray

This hotel improved their heating system through the better energy scheme, We installed a renewable energy solars and more efficient boilers, to dramatically reduce the running costs of the hotel.

Residence

ARUP

CSC was the nominated mechanical contractor for this project working closely with ARUP as both the client and the consultant. These 3 houses were changed from offices to high end rental accommodation in the city.
